Yes, all hardware products purchased through FOUR Editors come with a standard 12-month limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. However, due to the nature of high-end electronics, items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. A restocking fee may apply if the factory seal is broken.
Are software licenses included with the hardware?
Product bundles vary; please check the 'What's in the box' section on the product page. Most of our editing consoles include a foundational software license or a trial period for premium plugins.
